Excellent earthenware pot rice packed with the delicious flavor of the ingredients!
We offer six types of dishes in total, including thick-sliced beef tongue, mixed rice made with Tohoku ingredients, and Miyagi's specialty harakomeshi (salmon and salmon roe) cooked in a clay pot! The clay pot rice is cooked in a broth made from dried sardines, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and shark flakes, and you can feel the warmth of the countryside beyond the steam.The rice cooked in a Shigaraki earthenware pot made by a skilled craftsman is truly delicious.
